"Unbelievably awful experience with Ina Mata and team here trying to set up auto insurance after being a State Farm customer for over 10 years. It started with her charging my credit card without my consent and when I brought this up, she did not see a problem with this. This was followed by finding out my birthdate and SSN were incorrectly entered, resulting in hours on the phone with State Farm headquarters to correct the issue and change agents. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office. There are plenty of other options."
