"We have recently cancelled all of our 5 policies with State Farm. We have been clients for 45+ years. Over the past 6 -8 years, customer service is very bad, can't get ahold of anyone, leave multiple messages, and prices continue to get so high we can not afford insurance. When we called to cancel, you would think that Mindy's team would want to know why after 45 years and receive some feedback or try to match new prices or keep us. Bottom line, we paid our premiums on time every year and received poor service and delayed responses. We got a new quote for home owners, umbrella, 2 cars, and jewelry which was HALF the cost. We are glad to have changed carriers. State Farm is ranked very low on customer service, I can see why."
